EPFO Employment Incentive Scheme

This scheme is implemented by the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) under a Government initiative to promote employment in the security sector. The program provides financial incentives to both employees and employers.

Under this initiative, security guards working under registered establishments can receive benefits after completing a continuous employment period.
